At Ms. Beans Pet Boutique, we want you to love every item you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Tags and original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Treats or consumable products
• Opened grooming or wellness products
• Personalized or custom items
• Final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help based on available inventory.
